Property Management

• Dealing directly with the Tenant on issues arising  during  the Tenancy agreement. We will inform the landlord and should the landlord agree we will arrange the relevant tradesmen from our panel to deal with the problem, this fee will be agreed with the landlord.
• Inspections of the property as requested by the Landlord
