- Securing Reliable Tenants
- Checking references of a previous Landlord and Employer
- Drawing up Leases and Special Conditions
- Arranging Security Deposits and Initial Rent
- Setting up of Standing to Landlords bank account
- Utility Bill set up for new Tenants (taking meter readings and changing of utility bills)
- Dealing directly with the Tenant on issues arising during the Tenancy agreement. We will inform the landlord and should the landlord agree we will arrange the relevant tradesmen from our panel to deal with the problem, this fee will be agreed with the landlord.
